Clover Board

This was an PCB I designed in 2021 to be a custom keyboard. The plate, PCB, and bottom plate were all PCBs from JLCPCB. I received the board and determined it was fully functional, but I never finished the board because a tiny mistake kept me from using millmax hotswap sockets and I didn’t want to solder and waste switches (desoldering everything is too much work also). So instead, here’s a ugly render.

I did make a little pixel art cat to live on the small OLED. It has a sleeping and wake animation for when you are and aren’t typing on the keyboard. Also shown is a WPM meter.

The namesake :)
